Do you really mean a hose pipe as in watering the garden?

Currently no hose pipe ban, but they are issued in times of drought.

Eh - a hose pipe ban doesn't mean that you are not allowed to have a hose pipe, just that you can't use them at certain times during the summer, when there is a drought.

(Dear God, did I really have to explain that?)
