First road bike

Hi all,

Im looking to get my first road bike mainly for casual cycling at weekends but potentially working up to a couple of 100km+ rides next summer.

I have narrowed the choice down to one of following 3:

The Cube Peleton is also available but that is about €150 more expensive that the Aerial
and the main difference appears to be just the next set up of shimano gears and a cable fork
so not sure if it is worth the extra money for what i need.Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated as hoping to purchase one over the weekend.

If I were in your position and did not have to stretch too much for the extra e150, I would go with the peloton. It has a carbon fork as well as Tiagra components. They are good enough components to race with. I believe there is a big difference between them and Sora, I would not use sora unless it was given to me free, I have tiagra on one of my current bikes and is as reliable as my ultegra and dura ace, but as smooth, but that is a minor thing.

Whatever you get, ride it like you stole it.
