    Hi all,

Myself and my partner are filling in our planning application forms tonight.
We are building a 30'x15' room in the far corner of the back garden.
It will not affect anyone, Light or view wise as the way the houses are built my back garden is in the shape of an L going from the back of the house around to one side of it. The room will be built in the far corner of the garden which backs out onto a forest.

Has anyone any tips to help out with the applying for the planning permission for this?

    Thanks in advance!

Have you tried to have a pre-planning meeting with the city/county council?

If you can this could save you the expense of applying if they were to rule it out before you submit application. Can't imagine they are too busy at the moment.
