Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Currently, my partner is receiving a payment in the post office. Can she request for payments to be made into the bank or does she have to collect in the post office?

Some SW offices allow you to be paid into your bank account, some don't. Eitherways she needs to be claiming for 6 months. Just call and ask :)

Thanks, didn't think they'd answer the phone this late on a Friday evening!

    :D

Who/which office does she speak to for Balbriggan now? I think the new office is only for new claims.
