seriously animals are in the same league as drugs in some cases ( in terms of money earned )big business! Tigers are still worth a lot of money and rhino horn used to be worth hundreds of thousands untill it was clamped down on.

20 dollars used to be able to get you a gorrilla hand ash tray.

Rhino horn is still worth that...more even since the clampdown. BBC report there last week about poachers now using GPS tracking darts fired from helicopters, waiting until park rangers are well out of the area then going in, tranq darting it from the 'copter and chainsawing the horn off whilst the animal is out cold, to then bleed to death.
