3G Earpiece repair question

    I recently dropped my 3G and cracked the front glass. I bought a repair kit including glass and digitiser and replaced the lot. Everything worked fine except for the earpiece. The bottom speakers are fine and nothing is jammed in the earphone jack.

    I am pretty sure the earpiece was damaged when I heated the glue to remove the the back of the front glass assembly.

    Does anybody know where I can get the front glass, digitizer but with the earpiece and bottom button assembly included? I've included a picture of what I'm looking for.
