New MMA & BJJ beginners Course in Limerick enrolling on 8th Sept

    The first cycle of our Beginners BJJ & MMA courses have just finished. The courses have being a great success for the coaches and the participants with great feedback being received.
    Because of this we have decided to start a new beginners course, this will start with enrolment on the 8th of September at 7pm & the first session commencing the following week.Time table below
    So if you or your friends are looking for an alternative sport now is the opportunity to dip your feet in.


    Beginners MMA & BJJ training times
    When: Mondays Tuesday,Wdenesday and Thursday 7pm
    Where: Combat Sports Centre Limerick
    How much: €150 for 20 coached sessions
