Meteor - number to turn on int calls (when abroad)

    My friend is abroad and wants to use international call roaming (he's on billpay). What number would he call (from England) to get this turned on?

    Well +353 1 430 7085 is the number, i thought 1905 would still work though.

    bear in mind its not just a case of turning it on.
    if he hasnt paid 2 bills then he will have to pay appeox 60e deposit to get it turned on.

    but the 60e goes straight into your account.
