    It's for people hoping to take up places under an access programme, so that they can see what it's all about, see what standard is needed in essays etc.. Most universities have them.

    Some people who have a place through HEAR or similar might choose to take that as an intro., also people who might have been out of mainstream education for a while.

    Ah right..... so like does that mean you can do any course you want after doing it or what?

    It just says "a full-time course".

    You would be better to email them directly with specific questions on restrictions etc., email is on webpage you linked.
