So have I bricked my linksys?

So I'll give a quick run down, have a linksys wrt54g7 v7, it had the standard firmware that came with it. I wanted to update it to the dd-wrt firmware.
So I had given the website a good read, an I read this installation

So I did the 30/30/30 reset & connected to the modem ip & got a modem config page, with an option to installed a firmware. So I put the vxworkskillerGSv7-v3.bin firmware into the box & continued. So it worked away for a few mins & nothing happened
So now when I plug the modem in I have no power light, the lan lights still come up if I plug Ethernet into it an into the laptop & just the lan light blinks, but can't connect or ping the modem. so is it useless to me now?

Try the 30/30/30 reset again, sometimes they lock up after flashing and need to be reset

Pog when I do that 30/30/30 it doens't respond, before i flashed it it brought me into a modem config page which i Had to upload a firmware
anyway, heres what I did & got it restore back to orgional firmware.. but I think I've propper bricked as all the lan lights & internet light are on, & I can't even ping the modem now.. getting request timed out & host unreachable..
head is wrecked now as I had it back working from scratch & flashed it again cause I thought I'd know how to revert back but nothing will happen now..

I used those methods eariler on I did, and I got it un bricked.. but I wasn't settling for the standard software so went to try an flash it again, this one has gone worse & the modem is not receiving any ping replys.. looks like its off to ebay to buy a jtag cable..

There's a recovery method that involves pressing and holding the reset button just after power on, to force it into a recovery mode where it waits and accepts a TFTP upload. I'll go find some instructions.

The website for your device mentions something about going from "no lights no web-interface" by holding down the reset button while you plug in the router, here. Have you tried repeating steps 2&3 again?

ordered the cable anyways.. dono how im gonna get on..
