ssd for laptop

hi my hd is about to give up the ghost so I reckon if i am going to replace it i might as well go ssd. only need 40-64gb one as I keep my files on a different disk. So any recommendations, laptop is inspiron 1525 i presume that is not an issue (ie it is SATA). Cheers R.

Look at the latest BA; it seems to cost ~€100 over on eBuyer and that seems good for a decent 64GB TRIM-based SSD

What OS are you running on that 1525? They generally came with vista out of the box I think... So the OS won't have TRIM support... :eek:

You need to be running Windows 7 or linux...
