Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How can I connect my PC to my HDTV so that I can use my PC speaker system when watching TV? I know I can connect my PC/TV so that I can use the TV as a monitor and I have a HDMI cable for the PS3. But my PC speakers are really good and I want to be able to play the TV sound through them? is this possible and how? Please excuse my lack of technical knowledge and keep things as jargon free as possible, Thanks in Advance!!

If you PC speakers have a "Line In" input just connect the "Line out" from the audio on the TV to that, or to the "Line In" on your PC sound card but you will need the PC on to listen to the sound connecting this way.

So in the end I got a new drive for the PC that allows me to have more than one screen, thank you Peats! this way I can use the TV as a PC screen and it plays the sound through the PC speakers.
The HD cable was expensive but it's not messy and works well.

    Thanks for the advice!
