Please recommend a cattery in Co. Kerry..

    Hi,
    I am looking for recommendations for a cattery in Co. Kerry - preferably in or around Dingle / Tralee / Killarney / Castleisland area.

    I have found a few on the internet but would appreciate any personal experiences or recommendations people may have.

    Our cats will be seven months and six months old at the time we will be away. Are they old enough to attend a cattery? They have had all worm, flea treatments and also their 3-1 (Tri cat) innoculations.

    I'd love to know too... I'm looking for a cattery in Co Kerry (around Killarney, Tralee, Castleisland), or even Co Cork (around Millstreet, Mallow, Macroom)... a recommended cattery... for my cat aged 2, vaccinated and microchiped... going for a holiday and don't know anyone who could mind him for me... Thanks

    Probably of no help whatsoever, but if you're really stuck, I know of a reasonably good one in Newcastlewest, Co Limerick, where i've lodged my cats on occasion. I'll PM details if you're interested.

    Thank you iora_rua, but Co Limerick is not possible.

    I just found something on Google, it's called "Cozy Cat B&B", located in Curragraigue, Blennerville, Tralee, Co Kerry. And there is a website, the home page works, but when I click on any link like "about us", etc, it says "Error occurred: 404 - not found", I wonder if these people are in business... any idea? anyone knows anything about "Cozy Cat B&B" or used their services before?

    You can board your cats in the vest in Killarney opposite Lidl as far as I know. I imagine catteries would advertise in local vets, might be worth a trip or phonecall.

    Hello there - OP here. We used Cozy Cats in Blennerville and I have to say were very very happy with them. Great set up, the owner is fabulous with cats and our two had a lovely time while we were away. It was probably a few years ago now but as far as I know, she is still in operation. Sorry I cant help with contact details, maybe google or 11811? No affiliation, just a happy previous customer.
