Broadband in Mullingar

I live in Mullingar on the Delvin road and i was wondering what the 3 mobile broadband reception is like? What other broadband company would you recommend? I will not be downloading a lot from the internet, just surfing the net mainly. I just need a internet connection that is cheap and reliable
