Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We are looking for some people that might like to help as a officials with the Race Around Ireland.

We are looking for people who may wish to:
    1. Keep an eye out in their area as the cyclists pass through to make sure that they are following all the rules of the road and if not report back to Race HQ.

    2. People who may like to drive some of the route in their area following some of the competitors to check on them. Expenses for fuel may be covered.

    3. People who may wish to see the whole country driving the entire route and watching out for the cyclists. €150 fuel expenses are given to anyone who would like to do the full route. Full instruction will be given on how to marshal the event. Limited officials needed so people should contact us immediately if interested.

The event will start on Sunday 12th September 8pm for solos and Tuesday 14th September for teams. Officials may wish to follow the solos or teams. The schedule of when cyclists should come through the different areas is available here

Anybody who is interested can contact us at racearoundireland@gmail.com

Details of the event can be found on www.racearoundireland.com

Of course you're not allowed to snitch on team boards/wheelworx (not that they'd ever do anything wrong!), and are obliged to make up fictitious stories about the other teams :)
