What to use to seal small gap between door (wooden) and weather bar?

    Hi,

I am getting a slight draught from my front door.

The door is wooden, and has a metal weather bar fitted at the bottom of it. Unfortunately it seems as if the door has been cut badly at the bottom, and now there is a small gap between the door and the weather bar on each side of the door. I only just saw the incoming light through it when the sun was shining onto the door.

What should I use to seal these gaps with? Silicone maybe?

    Cheers,
    DubDani

Strips of rubber seal - that have an adhesive back on them?

I've used them on my doors and windows - as after a year or two, the seal didn't seem to work as well on them.

The likes of b&q and atlantic would sell them.
