Cows are females, Bulls/bullocks are males! Cows are the only ones that have udders that milk comes from! If you think they are penises then I suggest you look closer they are actually nipples rather than penises! Its only female cows that have them not male ones!

I've heard a lot of pseudo-science in this forum before but this really takes the cake.

1st of all nipples are on the front, not the bottom
b) cows dont even have chests
and finally bull and cows are not the same, that's crazy, you might as well say that a cat is a female dog, you need to go back to school and get yourself some class.

I draw your attention to exhibit D. The above cow's penis' create milk, why does it need four you ask? How do you think a quattro formaggi pizza is made??????

Glenster....Cows stand on fours, if they stood on just two legs you will notice that the nipples will be noticed from the front and yes they do have a chest not your typical one though! Udders in cows produce milk the same as nipples produce milk by other species etc.
