Arcade Fire/Google Chrome/Your House Mash-up

    So came across this there yesterday, thought it was kinda cool.

    Arcade Fire to promote thier new song "We Used To Wait" have teamed up with Google Chrome (works on Safari too). You go to http://www.thewildernessdowntown.com/ and type in your house address (or any address you want I guess) and your house and street appear in the video for the song.

    It's a shame we can't really get the best out of it in Ireland.

    There's more to it, too. It's my understanding that they've had - or are going to have - a real kind of Rube Goldberg machine built which will reproduce some of the postcards submitted through the magic of analog. And "If you're lucky enough to get someone's postcard from it, plant it. A tree will grow out of it."
