Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong place. Just looking for some advice on where is the best place to look for developer (mainly c/c++ unix). We will probably be looking in the next month or so and we've used agencies in the past but looking to save a few bob if we can. Anyone any experience in direct recruitment?

We always hire direct

Posting to a few of the user groups and http://technicaljobs.ie usually works for us
