Advice on getting any response from UPC

    Hi,

    I have a simple question about the UPC broadband / TV service that I had installed a few weeks ago. On my contract it says to call their customer support, so I did. However, they said I can only communicate with them via the online.sales@upc.ie email address as I signed up to the service online.

    I have emailed online.sales@upc.ie three times now over the last few weeks, but I have not received any response.

    I'm hoping somebody might be able to suggest a way to contact someone?
