    1. The 10 Month free line rental deal ended yesterday , 31st august ( read here 'trial line promotion' ) and any salesman who offers it to you starting today is evidently lying. Make sure that you get the offer from the salesman in WRITING before you sign anything.

    2. If you are on the 10 month free line rental you are also entitled to a follow on reduction in your line rental. Basically the 10 month free line rental period is followed by 2 months FULL line rental. When the 2 months is up you have done 10+2 1 months and are entitled to the follow on promotion which is called 'trial line promotion 2', read here .

    This deal entitles you to a further 6 month at half line rental but you must ring them and insist on it, it is not automatically applied.

    Naturally if you always had a teleohone line no discounted line rental deal is available to you and you are entitled to precisely shag all :(
