    Hi there -

    I'm thinking of buying this Blu-ray/DVD player, and would like to know how easy it is to make it region-free for DVDs. The player has pretty good user ratings, but I'm finding it hard to figure out whether I can just make it region-free with the remote, or whether I'll need to do something else involving shelling out...

    Apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere.

    you cant do it with just the player remote. you need a harmony/pronto etc remote. or you can order a remote from one of the many multi region upgrade sites
