On Monday Warren Ellis started a thread on his forum looking for art submissions for "The Thirteenth Doctor". Great fun, and as I gather going to last all week.

Design the thirteenth incarnation of the Doctor.

You may additionally redesign the DOCTOR WHO logo, the TARDIS and other elements of the property should you so wish.
