Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

I was on JSA and spent the summer away. I am now back and I need to sign on again. I am renting again but it a very casual arrangement and I have no lease or rent book!

I vaguely remember having to give my flatmates details last time on who i live with? I haven't even met all my flatmates yet!!

I am really worried about how I am going to prove I am renting. What do I need to show this?

Also does anyone know the waiting times currently in rathmines, dublin. Thanks

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

One o your flatmates must have a lease agreement or rent book. Also one of their names will be on a household bill like an esb bill. Get the bill of them and a letter from them confirming you are living there and bring it to your local social welfare office as proof of address. Some offices will except your bank statement if it has your address on it.
