1 - expensive but good, overkill for this application
    2 - useless, its a con-job
3 - Insulated plasterboard slab will work well, basically the same stuff used to insulate caravans, but what about all the fixtures inside, I would imagine they are all built to fit the space and would not allow for two inches of space lost internally all around? osb has no real insulating properties.

You could look at externally insulating, depending on the cosmetic needs of the finished job.

25mm thick sheets of foil backed insulation boards - kingspan, ploycom, xtratherm etc would be alot better that 25mm aeroboard or fibreglass.

Friction fit new insulation between existing studs & re-staple original interior board - hardboard or beautyboard.
