Hi guys, looking at moving back into Clonmel. Anyone got any advice about which estates are nice to live in? Preferably concrete built houses with decent garden (dog). Just want somewhere peaceful and safe with as few 'hoodies' (for want of a better word) hanging around at all hours.Broadband is a must too.

Depends on what your looking for really.

    House or apartment

Do you want a big garden

    Old or new build

what price are you willing to pay?

    Renting or buying.

    Center or edge of town?

House definitely, for rent. Centre or edge of town is fine. Anywhere that's a solid house, not too fussed about age. Need decent, secure garden. Pay preferably €650-€700.
