Boards policy on journalists

Hi, I recently got a PM from someone claiming to be a journalist, asking for an opinion on a tv show. i reported it cos i though it was spam, but i'm just curious as to what is boards policy for people posting as journalists. would they need a corporate account like Komplett and Gamesnash have? thanks whiteman :)
