'Got To Dance' Tickets

My friend got free audience tickets to "Got to Dance" at the RDS and they say they are "normal" tickets. Does anyone know if this means she will get in for sure or will it be a first come, first serve basis like x-factor with limited availability?? Thanks (MODS: if this is in the wrong place...sorry!)
