Cavanman Shawn Curry, who owns a farm in Tralee, has been publicly named as one of New York's worst slumlords. Offences include lack of heating or hot water, lead paint, toxic mould, broken pipes, inadequate fire exits, rodents and severe damage to the walls, ceilings and floors. In all fairness- he only bought this property at the end of April- and the inspections/complaints on which this rating are based relate to 2009, and a previous owner.
