Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It seems like the product is not branded... Does it not give a website address on the packaging / leaflets. I've seen a few devices like that (i.e. dont have website / manufacturer detail) and they can be a nightmare to find the drivers for them...

Did you uninstall the software last time or is there any chance when you plug it in that it may find the existing driver...

You could of course ring the website and ask them if they have a spare CD or website that will allow you to download.

when I pop it into windows 7 it looks for drivers.

    lost the disc,

i'll give the website a try.

I thought someone on boards might have a disc and bought one it being so cheap.

Why don't you just buy another one, as its cheap !

    [edit]

here is a similar looking one on ebay for about 1.50 or less. You could contact the seller and ask about drivers.

lol... it's certainly a novel approach to troubleshooting.. There's times I've thought about doing the same with Windows problems..

Just wondering Chuck, what happens when you allow windows to search for the driver online.. I thought it would have some generic driver that would work with it...

I think you are better off just emailing the website and see if they will let you download it or point you in the direction of the manufacturers...
