Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Its not really about Football. Just how deserted the streets get. Odd really - a bit like 28 hours later

    NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE. :)

Back in the good-old days when Lansdowne Road didn't have any floodlights Ireland would play their home games at 1pm and we'd the afternoon off from school. Now that was NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE.

FAI/IRFU can shove their high-tech Aviva stadium up their holes.

There was a great pic i saw once of a deserted O Connell street taken on a Monday afternoon in the summer of 1990 during the Romania penalty shoot out!

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Dublin was the same during the Ireland/Italy match in 1990. I recall RTE showed footage of O' Connell Street and the only thing moving was a single double-decker bus.

    NTM

I was only wondering earlier why Ireland used to play midweek games in the middle of the day, thanks!
