Does anyone know of a place in Limerick city that sells cannolis? My wife has a hankering for them after seeing them on Cake Boss. That man has a lot to answer for!! :D

Im not too sure but you should try The Fine Things bakery on Patrick st., they do great stuff and amazing coffee!
Suppose try some of the Italian places like La Cucina maybe.
