    Hi,

build my pc last xmas - i7 with w7 32bit installed on a 500gb hd.
GC is an ATI 4800 with 10.7 firmware installed - and all running sweet.

so decided to upgrade to an Intel 80gb ssd drive.
Installed ssd, unplugged all other hd's and installed w7. all good.
Loaded mb disc with lan etc - all good.
But when I install the GC CCC ( cataylst control center) and drivers - when I reboot I get a light blue (not bsod) windows screen and it hangs - til a reset.

Have tried both the old cd with 10.7 gc drivers and new d/l'd 10.8 but both hang the pc.

To try : update firmware of ssd before installing gc drivers
only load custom section of gc drivers - 1 at a time to see whats doing this.

good thing is - I can still unplug sdd and re-coonect 500gb hd and back to working pc.

what else to try - any ideas ??

    k
