Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This has probably been done before, but here goes anyway.

Two recent qoutes from Jens make me chuckle. When asked how he deals with the pain in his legs: 'I say "Shut up, legs! Do what I tell you to do"'.

Another of his was when he was asked about the frequency and intensity of his attacks: 'when you attack you will most likely lose. If you don't attack you will definitely lose'.

I'm not sure to whom this one is attributed but it's a good one: 'training is like wrestling a gorilla. You don't stop when you get tired. You stop when the gorilla gets tired.'. Probably Jens.
