Hi, does anybody know what the eligibility for social welfare etc. is for incoming immigrants to Ireland? Can EU residents sign on as soon as they enter the state? Does the state differentiate between an individual from an EU state and one from, say, Nigeria or Canada? Are the benefits equal across the board? I am asking…
