Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My bike is a plain old Giant defy 4. The wheels seem to be in good order, no slack spokes, only 2 or 3mm off true. When I'm in the saddle everything sounds fine, silent in other words, but when I stand on the pedals I can make out a faint, periodic squeak. Sounds like rubber on rubber or rubber on metal. I reckon i get it once per revolution of the cranks. I'm pretty sure it isn't at the brake blocks. No evidence of rubbing at the forks either. It's probably gotten worse since Gaelforce, where I did a little off roading. Any ideas?

Could be the crank bolts need a nip or it might be in the pedals or it could be the chain ring ties. If it's happening once per rev of the cranks it has to be in that area.
