Eagle then three bogeys in a row.

    Disappointing.

I think hes in danger of missing the cut if he doesn't turn it around - the cut looks like par according to the live scoring

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,075 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

And another bogey on 16 (his 7th).....but still 2 under for the tournament.

Wheels are off the wagon now. Another bogey at 17 and probably another missed cut.

Hard to believe,an eagle ,hopes soar.

    Then this

    Jekyl and Hyde stuff.

RTE +1 had the 6 one news on - saying about "good news" for Padraig Harrington as he was just 3 shots off the lead.

How dramatically things can change in less then an hour :(

    Another early shower awaits :(

Its all rather frustrating - when he goes out yesterday and shoots 3 under par - it shows what he could potentially do.

But then this tendency for the wheels to come off the wagon has come into play

Wheels flying off at this stage. Really needs to birdie or par the 18th now to get back on track.

I can't believe I let ye drag me back into all this , I swore I wasn't going to do it then one guy posts "he is going great" and I'm hooked again .

Another bogey. Very hard to see him turning it around at this stage.

Been hacking it around the place since the eagle.

Yesterdays score was due to the course being much easier and him scrambling well. This course today is a whole different beast altogether and if you're not hitting it in the fairway 66% of the time forget it. Hes hitting it all over the place again just like last week!

Be doing very well if he keeps it together to make the cut now.

He was back for 27 mins there today.

He will come good. I love you Padraig.

I know he's on the harder course today, but is it that hard? Really disappointing. Hard to see him making the cut.

Another six coming up on a par 5, about to be two outside the cut line

No, its just that hard when you're hitting it all over the place. judging by his stats, hes in the top 10 WORST in the field in both driving AND GIR so really his score should be even worse! He just hacked it down the par 5 though which he needed to birdie. Looking like a 6 at least!

    Goodnight!

If yesterdays course was "easier" - how come they don't allow for that when setting the pars for the holes????

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,072 ✭✭✭Dan Chipowski

    A lovely 7 on the Par 5.

From -5 to +3 in the space of 11 holes is quite an achievement. Total horror show.

Double on the par five and that's another cut missed!!
    Complete disaster of a round

A +6 for the round given that he was -3 starting it.
