Was he in the water - or not????
Nope, he went for the pin and landed on the fairway beside the green near the drink but not in it.

Still no par for Steele - another bird - -7

Shot tracker appears to have been incorrect. He's two feet from hole in 4. Never a doubt.

    Positive thoughts have positive outcomes!!

the approach now for him must surely be - to take things hole by hole - and just focus on doing the best he can

Absolutely not. Get a napkin out and start writing the winner's speech on it while waiting between shots.

I suppose I more meant - handling the situation hes in now - where hes now got an opportunity.

My concern is I hope he doesn't get under too much pressure because of it.

I want him to do well now the opportunity to do so is here - for himself

I actually don't care how long this lasts for..

It's brilliant just seeing him like this again - just like the old days!!

First time he has been in real trouble this round and he saves it. I don't know what has happened but it's just all clicking for him!

It's a shot-tracker, shows every shot he makes. Just click on his name and you can follow it!

Big trouble on 3rd (par 5) Looks to have been a massive pull hook into the trees

That's worrying - hopefully he can put that hole behind him and get back on track

    Big number coming up here

  • Registered Users Posts: 457 ✭✭JohnnyLocke

Actually might have made a good recovery. Up and down for par still a possibility

  • Registered Users Posts: 165 ✭✭Deplasterer

Some miracle shots being done - 2 shots from 94 feet for par!

  • Registered Users Posts: 312 ✭✭tigerwood1

31 yrd left on 4th shot

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,809 ✭✭✭Old diesel

See that's what I meant earlier on by taking each hole - hole by hole.

The fact that he is near the top of the leaderboard adds another source of pressure for him - imo

Steele almost holed his 2nd shot - tap in bird - might be a 2 shot swing - hope not.
