He's gonna win it today with an eagle on 18... His 2nd will skim off the water and hop up onto the green leaving him an easy 15 footer (as opposed to a nasty 4 footer) that he'll sink.

    All around him will crumble.

    Com'on Paddy.

I've done my bit Paddy. Over to you now. :)

trust me... being in the bunker could be a good thing.... it's taking any crazy decisions out of his head.

  • Registered Users Posts: 21,188 ✭✭✭✭PARlance

Ronan should have broken that bloody driver on the walk to 18

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,840 ✭✭✭ionadnapokot

been too long since he was a regular in the mix up on Sunday..

few more tournaments like this will do him the world of good

Harsh enough to say that. 15-17 are difficult holes, and you'd expect a mistake somewhere along the line.

The real error was taking a 5 iron on 17. You could hear in the discussion with him and Ronan that neither of them were assertive and confident.

    17 was a huge mistake...

a wedge would be perfect....he'll have his chance here, just depends whether it will be 10 feet or 40 feet.

cmon P, you can do this.

Hopefully.. provided he isn't up against the lip of the bunker
