Apparently showing the golf is not as important as showing the tennis match between Grigor Dimitrov and Viktor Troicki! (Who???)

I watched this "tournament" last year, all I remember is cringing at Darren Clarke as he was brutal and it really hurt watching him.

My stuff for sale on Adverts inc. EDDI, hot water cylinder, roof rails...

I think PH will still regard it as a W if he manages to hold onto his lead.

Harrington -5 today, -10 overall after 15 leads by three shots from Webb Simpson :D

Looks like a two horse race now. PH 3 ahead of WS and 7 ahead of Bubba with 2 to play.

Looks like a bit of a nervous finish, but he won by 1 shot. Lets hope this gives him the confidence to kick on from here.

Apart from the $600k, I think the only other benefit is that he's first alternate for next year.

Apart from money, exemptions, trophies etc etc the one thing paddy will take from this is confidence.
Please god he can take that into the new season and light it up like he has in the past.

Its all coming together again for him slowly but surely.

Delighted for him. Great reward for all the hard work he puts in. 9 under is great shooting. Hopefully it's a springboard to bigger and better things.

Surprised at the view that this 'win' is worth anything at all or that PH can gain an confidence or momentum from it, etc. It is a non-event. He beat 3 players!
Its just another payday for him. A good one. But thats all. By no stretch could you count this as a win for any professional golfer, or give him any golfing credit for it.

I guess that depends on whether you are are a glass half full or glass half empty type of guy. As another poster said, I think he needed a win, any win, in order to kick on and I'm delighted he won and I hope it gives him back some of the self belief that every top sportsman needs.

    Well done Padraig!
