Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all

I bought a Lidl bike last year and had great use from it. However the rear hanger for the geer changer at the back snapped and i am finding it difficult to find a replacement. (Stratos frame, Schimano Ultigra part)

Does anyone know where i can get my hands on the part ?

    Thanks

    Seamus

I bought a new dropout a few weeks back from Betb. If you have a look through their catalogue or contact them I'd say they should have the part you need!

Here's a new Ultegra derailleur from chainreactioncycles.com. They have free shipping to Ireland, which can make all their items a bargain!

Or if you can get by with just replacing certain parts, here's the spares section for rear road derailleur's.

    Good luck!

A rear derailleur is not much use if there's nothing to bolt it to.

This is a risk when buying from a supermarket, but why not go back to the retailer, like you would if you bought it in a bike shop??
