Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

how many is a few thousand? If its only 4,000 - 5,000, I wouldn't bother with an external hard drive, I'd just write them to DVD's as data. If you want to be able to access them without switching out DVD's, even a high capacity usb flash drive would work. If you're set on an external hard drive, I'd get it online as it'll probably be cheaper. pixmania or ebay usually have some good deals.
