When is McGeady gonna stop the Messi Ronaldinho Fifa Street stuff and start actually trying to just run fast down the wing without all the auld flicks and trying to turn or whatever he's trying to do - it just never works against andorra but he'll try it again against slovakia and russia and all them too and it'll still not work

I have debated McGeady on the Celtic forum till the cows come home. Some of them still think he is some sort of superstar. When he develops a end product come back to me.

Can someone explain to me how Aiden McGeady is a paid footballer? They guy is bloody awful. Pity he didn't stay with Scotland rather than taking up space in an Ireland shirt.

Honestly one of the worst players I have ever seen rated.

We don't have a great number of established quality midfielders right now, but in the next 2-3 years some could come into their own.

He is rated by Celtic fans Gimmick. No other set of football fans rate him. He is some sort of 'legend' in their eyes, but in reality hes a decent player, nothing more. Not an international player. How many more chances is he going to get in a green jersey?

Andorra has a decent pressing game but once we got behind their midfield there were massive gaps in their defense. If McGeady would stop dribbling into walls, or if midfield had any creativity/technique we could've scored twice as many.

Lawrence is becoming one of my favourite players.

I don't think Celtic fans have rated him for a long time, they were delighted to get that kind of money for him
