    Possibly a typing error? Do you ever make typing errors? Of course you don't, you always make sure that you capitalise your sentences and insert your full stops.

    Looks like its definitely an error. The deposit is only EUR450 a month- and they want a month's rent in advance with this- which I would guess is another EUR450?

    according to the Property Bee plugin the initial entry on june 29th listed the rent as €425 which was changed to €3000 on August 18th.

    Maybe it is a misguided effort to get attention?

    Insanely misguided. Anyone looking for a property in Harold's Cross for €400 - €450 a month won't get that flat showing up in their results. So all actual prospective renters are filtered out.
