Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Which CRM package will suit us?

    Hi

My cousins have a small contract manufacturing company operating in Limerick with about 20 staff and are looking for a suitable customer relationship management software package. They are trying to improve their customer relationship and also save a bit of money by organizing things a little better.

They have spoken to a few consultants and cant find a suitable package because they are either too simple or far too complicated for their needs.

Basically they manufacture contract furniture for hotels, restaurants, and bars and need a software package to track all the contact they have with customers ranging from the very first call to delivery of goods. they need it to incorporate costs too so they allocate prices for each step of the process and have the ability to be able to save images and cad drawings for each customer under their job number.

They have already looked at Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 CRM Enterprise which connects up with outlook but find it a bit over the top and have also looked at Prophet CRM which is good but is a bit too simple.

Has anyone who works in a similar job shop used any good CRM that they could recommend?

    Thanks
