Personalised party bags

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows of a place that will do personalised bags for a party. The ones I was thinking of are the shiny/glittery ones you might see in a card shop except I want to put my sons picture on it and some text. I've spent a few hours looking now and no joy. Helllllllllllllp!!!!!!:(
