    Have a bottle open for several years. Is it still alrite to drink ? tried it and it tastes normal

    Once opened, the taste of the whiskey will deteriorate over time, but it's still safe to drink it.

    The more that's gone from the bottle, the more that it will change. If there is only a little taken from the bottle, it shouldn't change much at all. Mightn't change much even if there is anyway.
