You'll need to provide a lot more information than that in order to get even a ballpark price.

You need to do up a proper specification with what you want and what you already have (content, marketing materials, graphics, photos, logo etc). Then post it in "I need someone to..." - The Work Wanted Superthread (Read first post before posting)

And remember cheap does not equal good value.
