Funding an educational service through corporate sponsorship - who/how to target?

We've developed an educational product (an online service) in association with a social organization which caters to a particular group of disadvantaged children. It's been trialled in a few Irish schools and has been approved by teachers. We're also making good progress in getting an official stamp of approval from a government agency.

Through word of mouth and media exposure we have a waiting list of schools who are eager to use the service but unlikely to be able to afford it. We wish we could make it more affordable but there are serious server and bandwidth requirements involved. So we've developed a strategy to attract corporate sponsorship and roll it out to 20 schools nationwide in the coming academic year.

My question is how do we best go about this? How do we best draw up a list of companies that fit the bill? (I've been advised to target food / vitamin companies). I've been told it's best to approach PR agencies - where can I get a comprehensive list? (the PRCA.ie website seems Dublin focused).

Pointers to useful resources would be much appreciated.
