Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

After a bit of an off on Friday I need a new outer and middle chain ring. As there has been some creaking from my bottom bracket as well I see this as an opportunity to replace the crank set entirely. The bike is a 2002 Kona Fire Mountain with a Truvativ 5D crank set. What would you guys recommend as a suitable…

Following from the above, most of the crank sets say they are for 9 speed setups, mine is 8 speed. Will they work for me? Very few seem to be 8 speed specific.
